I love baking new things and this is definitely new to me, I randomly had pears left after my parents came over as my dad loves pears and I thought I would throw them in the oven with some caramel sauce (home made) and some oats over them … It was super delicious, its a really quick and easy dessert to make when you have guests and it looks really fancy!
